I used these for seeping purposes. It may be that I need to get used to them more. I have to take baby steps. They hurt my ears after a full night’s sleep, and I cannot sleep on my side with them in. I am a short person with narrow ear shafts. I have trouble with any type of ear plugs, and I hate those disposable ones. I am hopeful these will work as I get more used to them.
If you are thinking about a good set of ear plugs, I would highly recommend you give them a try. Like I said, my ears are small and I have trouble making any ear plugs fit. Many have had good success with these.
