I have been using this for almost a month now.  I apply it when I work out.. and it firms my thigh’s.  It helps you sweat. When you work out.. it helps you sweat more.  I feel it’s really helped firm my thigh’s.  I really like this product.  I strongly recommend this lotion because it makes your softer and firmer..
