I bought this at a discount for my honest review.. I taken this for the past 5 days.. I have felt great.. today someone asked if I had lost weight :)… I have had no cramping.. I’ve eaten normal.. haven’t changed a thing.  I took once without eating.. and got the jitters a little.. ate a piece of bread and was perfect within 15 minutes..
