The OneForHeart Jump Rope and Wrist Wraps set is very well constructed. The jump rope is a steel cable wrapped in a protective plastic/rubber coating that swings easily and doesn’t kink or hold coil memory. It also is easy to roll up for storage. It has thumbscrew stops at each end that can be used to adjust the effective length of the cable for shorter users. The handles swivel freely so the rope moves smoothly around when jumping.

The wrist wraps are high quality nylon with a thumb loop and large velcro closures that stay put. They’re comfortable and should do a good job.

Overall it’s a nice workout set.
