My Daughter loves playing this game with me. She’s 4 years old, so a little below the recommended age range, but I set up the challenge and give her the pieces she has to work with and she likes solving them. She occasionally asks for hints but she went through the first 20 beginner cards in one siting.

The game is really a good tool to teach both puzzle solving and basic electrical concepts. It’s well thought out and executed.

The only thing I would change would be maybe adding an LED on the battery holder or negative terminal block to prevent a short circuit and also give an indication that the circuit is actually completed.
