These watercolor pencils arrived packaged in heavy plastic container keeping each pencil separated for shipping. The canvas wrap was packaged separately. It took me a few minutes to put the pencils in the wrap and I think I put them in upside down. I wanted to see the tips for accurate colors.

 

This is my first time using watercolor pencils so I decided to color some daffodils. I did trace a photo from online and started with the yellow pencils. The variety of colors in this set is well matched.

 

I tried to get some pictures to show the variations of colors, like the yellows. It makes the painting so much nicer to blend the subtle differences in color.   I have decided I love painting with watercolor pencils.  It makes for a new world of painting when you can draw the paint onto the paper.
