These are Amazing Neon Colored liquid chalk markers. They are easy to use, we used them to make a Birthday board for a 1 year old. These markers were just perfect for doing so. They wrote perfectly. There was absolutely no problems at all. No drips, or unwanted drops. These are most definitely professional grade, first class quality markers. We had no problem getting each pen to work for the first time. Just follow these simple steps.
We shook them with the cap on, and then pushed up and down on a piece of scrap paper to make sure the color was right. Once this was done, all of these pens preformed perfectly. I was very happy with the quality of the pens and the vibrant colors that they provided.
