I have to start with these words “I Love this Lamp”. The base is stable, it will not tip over on you. First impressions, this lamp is gorgeous! It is built well, I can feel it when I touch it. The control is a circle to spin my finger around. It goes bright or dim, depending on the setting. Not to mention it has usb, so I can charge my phone on my side of the couch now. I love to crochet and draw while watching tv. This lamp is so nice. I Love it and I want another in my craft room.
