These salt and pepper grinders are adjustable on the bottom so you can grind for coarse or fine salt and pepper.  They are easy to use and hold the right amount of salt and pepper.  They come with some free s&p shakers that I will use for camping.   I have not tried grinding spices in one yet, but I might use that for the second grinder, as I buy my salt fine.  I added pepper to one grinder and it felt firm to the grip, it was easy to rotate, the pepper came out fine.   I will note the set does not come with salt and pepper, so buy it also.
