This is very high quality powder from Japan.  I love green tea ice cream and there are so many other green tea recipes out there I am dieing to try.  So many different options I don’t know where to start.  It makes for great flavor in  cupcakes and pancakes.  As you can see in my video, the powder is very fine and the vibrant green color you would expect to see.
